Your first consultation is a one-on-one session where we take the time to understand your full health picture. Consultations are available both in-person and online, giving you flexibility to access care wherever you are in Australia.
We’ll explore:
The symptoms you’re currently experiencing
When they started, how they affect your life, and what makes them better or worse
Your health history, lifestyle and any emotional or environmental factors that might be relevant
This session usually lasts around 60 minutes and forms the foundation for selecting your personalised homeopathic remedy.

Remedy Selection
Homeopathy isn’t a one-size-fits-all system. Remedies are chosen based on your specific presentation, not just the name of a condition or diagnosis. Once we’ve explored your symptoms and situation in detail, a remedy is selected that closely matches your overall health picture.

Where Remedies Come From
All remedies used at OM Homeopathy are sourced from reputable, professional homeopathic suppliers who comply with manufacturing and safety standards. Remedies are prepared from natural substances such as plants, minerals or other naturally occurring materials. These substances are highly diluted through a process called potentisation, which involves repeated dilution and vigorous shaking. This process is a key principle of homeopathy and is designed to create gentle remedies that are well-tolerated and non-toxic.

Dispensing In-Clinic
Here’s how it works:
Remedies are dispensed using globules, though Mother Tinctures and Biochemic Remedies may also be used, depending on your individual case.
The selected remedy (in liquid dilution form) is added to the globules
Once prepared, the globules are stored in a small container and clearly labelled with medication details, the client’s name, and the date of dispensing.
Everything is handled with care and in line with the standards for safe and responsible homeopathic practice in Australia.

How You Take Your Remedy
You’ll receive clear instructions on:
How and when to take your remedy
How long to take it for
When to follow up
We’re always available if you have questions after your consultation, whether you’re unsure about dosage, response, or next steps.

Ongoing Care & Follow-Up
If needed, a follow-up consultation will be scheduled (usually around 30 minutes). This gives us the opportunity to review your progress, make any necessary adjustments, and continue supporting your health over time.
